All Strung Out Designs started in the spring of 2006 in the home of designer Carol Phillips Fails. Mom of twin boys, Carol took a time out to do a weekend beading project. The experiment to make one item sparked an unknown passion for creating classic and distinctive jewelry.
A love for fashion and the desire to create original pieces for clients keeps Carol continually searching all over the world for beautiful and exceptional stones. She makes each one-of-a-kind piece by hand with attention to detail and individual style. All creations are made with colorful semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls.
